Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (contact form).
If it's not the right fit, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Return Process
After submitting your withdrawal request, we will provide you with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase must be provided
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that are sealed and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
- Items that are damaged due to improper use
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
