Terms of service

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers within the meaning of § 1 KSchG via the online shop of:

Products are sold exclusively to consumers with delivery addresses within Europe.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT. Payment is due immediately upon order placement using the available payment methods in the online shop.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made within Europe.

Shipping is free of charge.

Austria: 1–3 business days
Other European countries: 2–7 business days
Remote areas or non-EU destinations: up to 10 business days

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of the returned goods using the original payment method.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and, if consent is given, for marketing purposes. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
